92 POINTS Wine Enthusiast - Editor’s Choice

VAIL FAMILY – 2016 Reserve Pinot Noir

Willamette Valley – Chehalem Mountains / Madrona Hill

This is our first Pinot under our own Private Label, and we are so excited to share it with you!!  The wine opens with floral and herbal aromatics and subtle notes of baked raspberry tart. Then showing flavors of juicy blackberries, fresh strawberries red plum, pomegranate, and baking spice with just a hint of oak that makes for a silky mouthfeel and fine tannins on the lengthy finish.

MARK RYAN – 216 Miles to go Cab Sauv

Columbia Valley

Opening with pure aromas of blackcurrant, licorice and lavender, plus slowly unfurling nuances of mint chocolate and thyme. The full-bodied palate offers ripe, concentrated, perfumed flavors. It’s structured by fine-grained tannins and just enough fresh acidity, and it has a long, fragrant finish.

LONG SHADOWS - “Pirouette” Red Blend

Red Mountain

65% Cab Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 3% Petit Verdot, 2% Cab Franc

A refined blend that balances power with elegance. Deep, concentrated aromas and flavors of cassis, black cherry and graphite lead to a richly textured palate, where dark fruit intertwines

with notes of coffee, baking spice, and a hint of cigar box. Silky yet firm tannins lend structure, while well-integrated oak enhances the wine’s depth and complexity. The finish is long and lingering, echoing with generous dark fruit and spice.
