Our current weekly selection of delicious Washington Wine and Beer!!

BY THE GLASS, BOTTLE      or     TAKE HOME

Occams Razor - Pinot Gris

White Bluffs

This full skin contact wine has beautiful aromatics of peach, apricot, and marzipan.  On the palate you will find precise notes of apricots, melon, and tangerine peel. The wine is fuller bodied with a concentrated palate, crisp acidity and a mineral expression. The lees aging adds a lovely textural

component while the skin contact adds just the right level of phenolic grip.

SIGILLO CELLARS – Roussanne

White Bluffs / Gamache

Starting with a rich bouquet of honeysuckle, white flower blossoms, and ripe pear, often accompanied by subtle herbal tea or stone fruit notes. On the palate A distinctively waxy, full-bodied, and silky texture. It balances flavors of yellow apple, melon, and lemon zest with a complex, slightly nutty finish. Medium to bright acidity that keeps the heavy, rich mouthfeel feeling crisp and energetic.

DEVONA - Chardonnay

Columbia Gorge / White Salmon

This Chardonnay reveals itself beautifully in a Burgundy glass. Its nose is quiet at first, then it opens to reveal ripe, fragrant pear and fresh-cut pineapple tinted with vanilla and graham cracker. Flavors of creamy lemon meringue and waxy star fruit coat the mouth. The finish is long and supple with just enough acid to balance any richness. This wine is a pretty, balanced, and understated Chardonnay.

DEVONA – Pinot Noir

Willamette Valley

This wine is a classic, old-world style Pinot Noir, but with a big splash of new world influence. By old-world, I mean it has a savory earthiness to it. However, the floral notes of lilac, violets, and rose petals combined with its round, fruitful palate make it a beautiful combination of the two styles. A creamy mid-palate with nice acidity to balance makes this a beautiful food wine. It has weight, complexity, and balance, all brought together in a harmonious blend.

WINEMAKERS RESERVE - Merlot

Columbia Valley

This Merlot features a rich flavor profile and a smooth finish that complements a variety of dishes. Ideal for pairing with your favorite meals or enjoying on its own.

TEMPUS CELLARS – Cabernet Sauvignon

Columbia Valley / Sagemoor

Reunited and it feels so good. Tempus has been bottling Old Vine Bacchus Cab and Dionysus Cab separately for so long, we’ve forgotten how wonderful they taste blended together. The intense nose of cigar box, red and black plums, blackberries and cassis all blend into this powerhouse Cabernet Sauvignon. Firm structure, bright acidity and a lingering finish make this a Tempus Cab for the ages.                   We always have a couple great IPA’s, a cider, something dark and something light.
