SAGEMOOR – “Carving Blocks” Dry Riesling 11 32 27
Columbia Valley / Bacchus, Weinbau
The ambrosial aromatics are alive and well. Medium-bodied palate is rich with pear, white peach, and limestone minerals. Bright and balanced acidity makes for a very clean finish.
DEVISON - Sauvignon Blanc 13 40 35
Ancient Lakes / Evergreen Vineyard
Fruit was harvested by hand in the cool of the morning in early September. The color is a brilliant platinum-straw yellow with a streak of green. Same tension, more texture is the name of the game with this vintage. With more time on skins and a touch more malolactic fermentation, we managed to extract even more flavor and aroma than the 2020, increase complexity and round out the phenolics, all while respecting the minerality of this exceptional vineyard. It possesses an alluring nose with a mix of deep and high-toned aromas of guava, litchi, white peach, yellow grapefruit, fresh cut herbs and seashells.

We’re making room on the shelves and working through some wines that we don’t’ quite have enough to pour for a weekend but we do LOVE and want you to try. Ask for details and prices.
DEVONA – Pinot Noir 20 77 72
Oregon / Freedom Hill
The 2016 ‘Freedom Hill Vineyard’ Pinot Noir is mostly Pommard clone wine which was roughly 25% new oak aged. Ripe dark currants collide with stony minerals and peat moss on the nose. The palate is rich and viscous with plenty of stuffing. Layers of toasty oak collide with minerals, damp earth and wild blackberry on the palate.
CADENCE - “Coda” Red Blend 13 40 35
Cara Mia Vineyard / Red Mountain
48% Merlot 25%Cab Franc 18%Petit Verdot 9%Cab Sauv
Coda leads with merlot as in many years’ past, but the percentage of cabernet sauvignon is significantly smaller than previous versions. The nose shows complexity; filled with spice,
red fruit, pomegranate, and mineral. These are echoed on the palate where deep red fruit
plays off the fresh acidity in waves of flavors. The tannins are intense and firm but refined and
perfectly balanced against the acid and fruit structure. This is poised, serious juice ready for a
good decant or for your cellar.
PIOLET – “I am no one” Cabernet Sauvignon 15 50 45
Red Mountain / Quintessence
2019 Cabernet Sauvignon - This Cabernet comes off with heady dark fruit and mocha with sagebrush accents that fill the nose. The palate is plush and decadent, showing off a soft, voluptuous mouthfeel and unveiling copious dark fruits that mingle with espresso bean flavors. This cab is not about heavy oak, it’s about letting the fruit shine!!
