Bright lemon verbena aromas and flavors are backed by juicy saline notes. Bone dry and intensely fresh, this wine is perfect for pairing with shellfish, or enjoying all on its own. The overall acid structure and enticing aromas make this a standout wine.
VAIL FAMILY – Viognier
Columbia Valley / Olsen Vineyards
This wine starts with delicate aromas of honeysuckle and peach. It’s a medium bodied wine that lingers on the palate while the acidity balances beautiful stone fruit flavors. Completing the circle of taste. It’s easy to pair this refreshing wine with different foods or enjoy by itself. So delicious it’s dangerous!
POMUM CELLARS – BDX Red Blend
Yakima Valley / Konnowac Vineyard
This wine shows beautiful aromas and flavors of blackberries and currants as well as dried herbs and spices with hints of green olives, too. Full-bodied with sleek tannins and a fresh acidity.
PIOLET – Black Label Cab Sauv
Horse Heaven Hills
Lifted aromatics of freshly crushed violets, black cherry, and black plum yields to sandalwood and herbs. Bold structure, yet light on its feet. Leading to incredible density on the palate. Reinforced purity of fruit and harmonious balance of the vineyards. Finely polished tannins and flavors of blackberry, mocha, and plum last for several minutes on the finish.
NOTA BENE - Merlot
Red Mountain / Ciel Du Cheval
On the nose we get loads of dark fruit—black cherry, blueberry, and bay leaf. The palate is rich and balanced, a lovely rich texture, balanced with perfect new oak integration—strawberry, vanilla bean, and raspberry.
We always have a couple great IPA’s, a cider, something dark and something light.
